The villa was stunning. There is a perfect mix of quiet areas and communal areas. Beautiful views and nice balconies for the lovely sunsets. Good pool and hottub. Goran cooking for us using the traditional outdoor oven was a real highlight. The cellar games room was a lot of fun too.

+Oprema je bila vrhunska sve sto Sve sto vam je trebalo bilo je tamo, cak i dodatni hladnjak za pice + pomocna zgrada bila je sjajna za nas Igra/Podrum za zabave s WC-om. +3 Imao sam lijepe elektricne paviljone +Dovoljno parkirnih mjesta za 4-5 automobila...

Wir waren 10 Tage mit 10 Personen im Haus und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Alles hat wunderbar funktioniert, die Kommunikation mit Goran war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und genau wie beschrieben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung!

Everything was perfect. The AirBnB is perfectly built for large groups and families and everything was as described. Even when we wanted an extra clean for the whirlpool, as we were using it every day, Goran and his son instantly cleaned it the next day. Will come back!

Wir waren alle rundum zu frieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, mit der 2. Küche in Nebengebäude ist alles x-fach vorhanden. Es gibt mehr als genug Dusch- & Pooltücher! Es war alles, von Spülmaschinentabs über Waschmittel zu WC-Papier, genug vorhanden. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Betten sind sehr bequem, der Pool war beheizt (28°) und der Jacuzzi funktionierte ebenfalls tadellos. Alles in allem, bietet Goran eine super Villa zum wohlfühlen und verweilen. Gerne wieder!!

Where Silence Meets Comfort: A Croatian Escape. I spent a week on holiday in this beautiful location with my family, my dogs, and a group of friends. The house is very beautiful, well-equipped, and has spacious areas that ensure privacy and freedom for the different family groups. I really appreciated the silence and tranquility, as well as the sense of security. It's about a 20-minute drive from the center of Zadar and is a great starting point for exploring Croatia.

Wir waren im Julii für 10 Tage in der Villa Maluja. Wir waren 2 Familien mit insgesamt 5 kinder. Es waren traumhafte 10 Tage. Die Villa ist ein Traum, wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt. Goran lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist stets erreichbar wenn etwas sein sollte. Wir können die Villa Maluja sehr empfehlen.

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dieser wirklich tollen Villa. Alles Topp! Insbesondere möchte ich den Vermieter loben, er hat sich super um uns gekümmert und unseren Urlaub durch seinen Einsatz erst möglich gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Absolutely beautiful Villa with awesome Sunset. Very quiet and close to Sukosan. The owner Goran is very kind and will help you with everything.. The House is perfectly equiped. Enough Stuff in the kitchen, a lot of towels, BBQ, traditional wood oven in the outside kitchen. We were a mixed group of 10 from 3years to 61years for Family vacation and everyone was extremely satisfied..

Best host, new modern, absolutely spectacular, will come back again

Dieser Vermieter bekommt 10 Sterne von uns ein unfassbar netter und Hilfsbereiter Mensch. Die Gastfreundschaft war herzlich , hilfsbereit und ehrlich ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr sauber der Eigentümer reagiert sofort auf jede Anfrage und kümmert sich direkt. Wir bedanken uns von Herzen für die Zeit und werden wieder kommen. Ich kann es zu 100 Prozent empfehlen dieses Haus zu mieten .

Perfekte Woche für eine Gruppe von 10 Personen

Villa Maluja is everything you can imagine, a nice peaceful place with plenty of things to do! A perfect pool to swim or play with kids, then when you have enough, you can lie down in the jacuzzi, take a sun bath, etc. And if you prefer to avoid the sun for a while, you can just spend some time in the basement to play billard! The day after, if you ate too much during your nice evening, just use the gym available also at the villa! It's also near Zadar, just order a Taxi and take 1 day to explore this beautiful city! The host was also really helpful all along our stay, he also helped us to book an appointment with a doctor when we needed it! Thank you, I highly recommend this villa if you want to experience some relaxing holidays!

Beautiful Area, Beautiful Home and a really engaged Host who was really interessted in us and our comftability. We had a great Time for a good price. The whirlpool was beautiful and the pool was heated and has nice details. We had so much fun there and I can recommend that House. Try the Zrmanja Kayak rafting and der plitvicer Sea hike it's really beautiful!

Die Dekoration der Villa Maluja ist hervorragend! Es wurde wirklich an jedes Detail gedacht. Meine Familie und ich haben uns in einer so schönen Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage der Villa ist ausgezeichnet, die Sonnenuntergänge sind unvergesslich. Persönlich ist alles viel besser als auf Fotos. Wir können es jedem wärmstens empfehlen!
